Our custom approach provides the greatest results in the behavioral health industry. Managing your RCM allows you to focus on patient care!

About us

After many years in the behavioral health industry, the founders of Analytic Healthcare Solutions realized that the Revenue Cycle management (RCM) process had become sterile and impersonal. It had become a process where the patients’ needs were lost in a deluge of medical and insurance terminology and rhetoric, producing a higher frequency of scenarios in which insurers were less apt to authorize or reimburse for treatment, leaving more and more patients unnecessarily at risk.

It was with this understanding that Analytic Healthcare Solutions was founded and it has informed the manner in which we approach the billing and utilization review process. Our mission is clear; we navigate the intricacies and overwhelming red tape carriers present as obstacles between patient care and reimbursement for those providing the care.

Our method? It's analytical, methodical, and unyielding. We are here to tackle the very challenges that many providers face when locked in battles with insurance giants.

Jeffrey Smith

While working in the behavioral health and substance abuse fields, Jeffrey Smith realized a need for a more personalized approach to utilization review, where clients were no longer just ID numbers, but were individuals with their own personal stories.

He saw that the utilization review process had become sterile and impersonal, where the client was lost in medical terminology and rhetoric. What this produced was a scenario where clients were unable to receive the level of care they needed, because insurers were less apt to authorize time in treatment.

This understanding has informed the manner in which Jeffrey approaches the utilization review process and has allowed us to successfully advocate for each and every one of our clients.

Jeffrey has developed an exceptional skill set in relation to chart audits, quality assurance, insurance criteria guidelines, and level of care criteria.

Jeffrey was honorably discharged from the U.S. Navy in 1997. While serving in the Navy, he developed a greater sense of discipline, time management, and attention to detail; all attributes that are demanded in the ever-changing world of behavioral health and insurance.
